It means a person is a person through other people. We think payments work the same way: a payment only completes when every party does its part. Our ring is drawn as iridium, the most corrosion-resistant metal known. We chose it on purpose. Payments should not corrode.
Iridium is one of the rarest elements on Earth. South Africa mines about 80% of the world's supply, and the Bushveld Complex holds the largest reserves of the platinum-group metals it comes from.
